The 2 Lisas

Dufferin Grove is located in central Toronto. The neighbourhood extends from the corner of Dufferin Street and Bloor Street West to the corner of Ossington Avenue and Dundas Street West. The area mainly features semi-detached homes, which account for the majority of sales. However there is also an array of detached homes and condos available. This area has a notably large Italian community, as it partially overlaps Little Italy.

Dufferin Grove is largely geared towards families, with the majority of the homes being late Victorian, Edwardian or English Cottage style designs. With easy access to public transit, and the majority of real-estate being semi-detached or detached; this is not the typical Downtown Toronto neighbourhood. It is home to Dufferin Grove Park, which has amazing resources for children. It includes an artificial ice rink, tennis courts, a wading pool and a basketball court. In addition, the park serves as a community centre; offering arts and crafts classes, a community flower and vegetable garden and a variety of other activities suitable for young children. The neighbourhood is also home to the Bloor/Gladstone public library and the West-End YMCA.
